Job description
My client is a global design led experiential agency who create excellent immersive activations and digital brand experiences. We are looking for a experienced Resource Manager to join the London production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of innovative projects, collaborating with a world-class creative and production team.
The role:
- Own the planning and engagement of resources across Creative, Production and Project teams.
- Ensure efficient project workflows across digital, in-person, and hybrid events.
- Drive commercial success through strategic resourcing and smart planning.
- Develop and maintain tools and systems that support seamless resource management.
- Collaborate closely with Producers, Project Managers and Department Heads to forecast needs, manage timelines and flag any bottlenecks.
- Support a global team - some international travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend project kick-offs and planning meetings to define resource requirements.
- Track and manage critical path documents and resourcing schedules.
- Lead weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting using tools like Procim.
- Manage freelance resourcing, staffing plans, and utilisation.
- Highlight resource gaps, risks, and trends for senior leadership.
- Continuously improve internal processes and project efficiencies.
The ideal candidate:
- 3-5+ years' experience in an agency resource/traffic manager role.
- Deep understanding of the creative process and agency workflows.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with global teams and international brands.
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
