Job description
I am working with one of the UKs newest Credit Card providers who are experiencing growth and are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join their growing team.
**Please note this us a UK Based role with a hybrid onsite requirement, please only apply if you are based in the UK and have a UK Right To Work**
What will you be doing?
- Leading research initiatives, including conducting, documenting, and sharing findings with the wider team.
- Facilitating user testing sessions and surveys to gather valuable insights.
- Tracking user behaviour through metric tools and articulating findings to inform design decisions.
- Collaborating on the design of our digital platforms, ensuring intuitive and user-centred experiences.
- Prototyping concepts to validate usability and demonstrate designs effectively.
- Contributing to the management and evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Ensuring thorough documentation and organized archiving of all research work for seamless sharing across the business.

- Possess a deep understanding of what defines a superior user experience. You can adeptly analyse user issues, devise practical solutions, articulate your reasoning to various stakeholders, meticulously visualize them, and collaborate with engineers to bring them to life.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all stages of the user research and design process - from validating hypotheses with users to effectively communicating concepts and creating both low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Feel at ease both providing and receiving feedback and critique, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Leading research to understand user needs and define opportunities through usability and empathy studies.
- Creating process and user flows, journey maps and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypes, artifacts, and tools.
- Review user stories to ensure measurement aligns with user research findings, experience metrics, and business outcomes.
