A leading global social & influencer agency is seeking a strategic, client-obsessed Account Director with deep influencer marketing expertise to lead & scale their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & independently manage multiple high-profile client accounts, becoming their go-to strategic partner
- Transform client briefs into bold, data-driven campaign strategies that deliver measurable results
- Build & maintain relationships with C-suite & VP-level stakeholders across diverse client portfolios
- Mentor & develop junior account team members, fostering their growth into well-rounded marketing leaders
- Drive new business growth through strategic account expansion & upselling innovative solutions
- Present confidently to key stakeholders in high-stakes pitches, kick-offs, & post-campaign analysis
- Collaborate seamlessly across creative, strategy, & operational teams to deliver exceptional campaign outcomes
- Proactively identify growth opportunities & forward-thinking solutions based on deep client business understanding
- Oversee campaign execution from concept to completion, ensuring flawless delivery in fast-paced environments
- Lead client communications through compelling proposals, strategic recommendations, & regular performance reporting
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in senior client-facing roles at agencies or brands, managing high-profile accounts
- Deep expertise in influencer marketing, performance marketing, & broader advertising landscape
- Proven track record of growing accounts through strategic thinking & relationship building
- Experience presenting to & building relationships with senior stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience managing & developing team members
- Exceptional project management abilities-you thrive managing multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
