Job Summary

We're currently partnered with a leading FMCG business and global brand who are seeking a Global Partnerships Lead to drive it's brand transformation. This pivotal role will shape the long-term Partnership, Culture, PR & Influencer strategy, focusing on creating a powerful, differentiated brand that fosters both brand equity and commercial growth through existing and new partnerships and earned media.

We are looking for an expert orchestrator and relationship builder from an FMCG/ D2C background to lead and work closely with the Brand Manager, and maximise global partnerships (we're talking some of the world's largest sports events!), leading strategies and commercial initiatives through creative activations that drive sales and cultural impact. Additionally, you will champion the brands presence and oversee future content direction to build community and culture.

Successful candidates must have extensive partnership management experience ideally within an FMCG/ consumer goods business - with clear ROI's in this space.

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Surrey / London
  • Flexible working, 1-2 days office or on-site with agency partners

Salary & Benefits

  • £80,000 - £85,000 per annum plus bonus
  • 25 days holiday (with the option to buy more), pension, private healthcare and dental, discount and allowances on products, childcare vouchers, tech, long service awards
