Duration: 4-month contract to start (with strong potential to extend)
Salary: Up to £40,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
Location: Hybrid - Central London studio 3 days a week
Start Date: ASAP
Sector: Food / Hospitality / Lifestyle
I'm working with a much-loved food and hospitality brand looking for a talented, self-sufficient Content Creator to join their growing in-house team.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social - from shaping content ideas and spotting cultural trends, to shooting, editing and publishing social-first video. You'll be working across a variety of content moments - behind the scenes with chefs, branded campaign shoots, product drops, events and real-time storytelling.
You'll need to be as comfortable behind an iPhone as you are in Premiere or CapCut, with a sharp eye for what feels native on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and Pinterest.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating high-quality, short-form video and photo content optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories and Pinterest
- Shooting on-site in kitchens, studios, restaurants and events (alongside internal teams, chefs, guests or influencers)
- Planning, capturing, and editing content that's visually elevated but also natural, warm and engaging
- Working closely with the brand's social and marketing team to stay aligned on brand tone, content strategy and key moments
- Delivering a consistent stream of creative content that aligns with platform trends and audience behaviours
- Occasionally posting and managing light scheduling or performance tracking, if needed
About You
- Proven experience creating branded social content for a known business or media platform - ideally with food, hospitality, or lifestyle clients
- Strong understanding of social trends, platforms and video best practices
- Confident shooting high-quality phone content using natural light, food styling and lifestyle framing techniques
- Comfortable both behind the camera and working directly with talent, chefs, and internal teams
- Proficient in mobile and desktop editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.)
- Able to work at pace with confidence planning, producing, editing and packaging content
- A team player who's positive, flexible and excited to bring new creative ideas to the table
Bonus Points For
- A background in hospitality or food media
- Experience working with chefs, restaurants or editorial food brands
- Basic motion or graphics editing (text overlays, titles, etc.)
- Comfortable attending and capturing content at live events
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, passionate and food-obsessed creative team with access to stunning spaces, exciting talent, and plenty of creative freedom.
