Motion Designers - Luxury, Beauty and Fashion

Are you a Motion designer with a keen interest in Fashion, Beauty and Luxury?

We are looking to build a pool of Motion Designers with a passion for beauty, fashion and luxury brands. As a motion designer you'll play a vital part of the content and campaign creation process. We're looking for visually obsessed, social-first designers who live and breathe motion graphics and video editing. From elegant product animations to high-energy TikTok edits, we are looking for designers who can craft compelling visuals that gain attention across platforms and channels.

Are you able to:

• Create captivating animations, motion graphics, and edited content across social, digital campaigns, paid media, and brand assets
• Develop campaign visuals and support storyboarding during pre-production
• Partner with Designers and Art Directors to bring campaigns and product launches to life
• Edit high-quality video for multiple platforms (Reels, YouTube, Paid Social, Website)
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Source and manage assets including imagery, footage, and music
• Collaborate on projects from ideation to execution, ensuring every detail shines

About You:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative flair in motion design, animation, and video editing
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understanding of storytelling, layout, typography, and digital video trends
• Experience creating content optimised for social media platforms
• A collaborative spirit, confident communicator, and proactive problem solver
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong design sensibility

Bonus Points if you have experience in:

• 3D skills in Cinema 4D or Blender
• Sound design experience
• Background in beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands
