Account Director/Senior Account Director - 12 month FTC

Are you a seasoned client services professional with a passion for the lifestyle, fashion and sports industries and experience working on brand assets and integrated, global campaigns?

Major Players are partnering with a boutique agency in South West London to recruit for an Account Director/ Senior Account Director. You'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day running of the department, acting as a key point of contact, and driving client service excellence.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management of key account(s), driving growth and profitability with regular reporting and oversight from the Managing Partner
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients at various levels - contributing to strategic solutions and brand excellence in order to give excellent client service and grow accounts
• Support and manage both internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and clear communication between creatives, designers, strategists, producers
• Develop realistic project scopes ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to the best possible strategic and creative outcomes

Skills & experience required:

• At least 5 years of experience in a previous account management/client services role within an agency setting - ideally you will have worked in a smaller boutique or independent agency previously
• Previous experience working on lifestyle, fashion, sports brands on a global scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationships - with a track record of growing accounts and revenue
• End to end integrated experience with thorough understanding of marketing and brand strategy from initial concepts to practical implementation
• Proven understanding of creative and production processes with excellent attention to detail
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Start date: ASAP

Contract length: 12 months FTC

Hours: Full time

Salary: up to £55,000

Office location: South East London

Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday)
