Ready to shape how people navigate beautiful spaces? We're seeking a creative Senior Wayfinding Designer to join an exciting project where craft meets spatial intelligence. Working on a premium building rich in natural wood finishes, you'll be designing wayfinding systems that seamlessly integrate with stunning architecture. This is a unique opportunity to lead creatively on a project that demands both conceptual thinking and meticulous execution - perfect for a designer who thrives on creating elegant, timeless solutions that enhance the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of wayfinding systems for premium built environments
  • Design signage that complements natural materials and architectural features
  • Develop concepts from brief through to final artwork delivery
  • Collaborate with Dan and the project team at Them to ensure seamless integration
  • Apply spatial thinking to create intuitive navigation solutions
  • Deliver both conceptual design and detailed artwork stages independently

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience designing wayfinding systems for offices, campuses, retail, or cultural spaces
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong typographic sensitivity and attention to detail
  • Understanding of 3D space and signage application in built environments
  • Ability to work with material cues and finishes (particularly wood)
  • Confident delivering both concept development and artwork execution

Salary & Benefits

  • Daily rate: £250-£300 (inside IR35 if UK-based)
  • Client-paid booking model available for international candidates
  • Duration: 2 weeks initially with potential to extend
  • Start date Monday next week
  • Future pipeline opportunities for experiential graphic design work
  • Opportunity to work on premium architectural projects
