Job description
ROLE: Creative Lead
Fantastic opportunity to join as a Creative Lead for an independent creative event studio based in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape ideas from the ground up, steer pitch responses, and add depth to the why behind each concept.
- Experience developing creative strategies for brand campaigns or events
- Helping invent big ideas from scratch or refining/steering existing ones
- You'll be involved across everything-from insight gathering and mapping to storytelling and pitching.
- This is a hands-on, idea-first role for someone with great instincts, originality, and commercial savvy.
Skills & Experience
- Experience developing creative strategies for brand campaigns or events
- Portfolio that shows original thinking and pitch involvement
- Strong pitching skills-can lead the room and sell the story
- PR background or campaign storytelling experience is a bonus
Salary & Benefits
- £75-85k
- Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
