Client Services Director - (experiential agency)

My client is on the lookout for an exceptional Client Services Director to lead a production team from their Central London based offices. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class experiences for global brands, managing events and experiential projects, building strong client relationships, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client services function, managing producers and project teams
  • Oversee project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement business strategy
  • Work with the SLT to drive account growth, business development, and strategic planning
  • Lead new project proposals and high-profile pitches
  • Foster team performance through mentoring, collaboration, and innovation

Skills & Experience:

  • Working at a senior leadership level
  • Proven leadership in experiential, live events, or brand activations
  • Deep understanding of creative, production, and delivery workflows
  • A confident communicator and strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Experienced in managing teams and driving performance across multiple accounts
  • Financial fluency: budgets, billing, forecasting, and profitability tracking



Salary & Benefits:

  • £80-100K DOE + full benefits package

Location:

  • Central London
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in office.
