Major Players are partnering with a cutting-edge experiential start up, to recruit for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their commercial team.

You will be working into the Sales Director to grow their innovative and exclusive offering, and must have proven experience working in the experiential and media landscape, bringing with you a valuable network of contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, targeting agencies and direct clients with a focus on the beauty and fashion industry.
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision markers brands and agencies, selling experiential marketing solutions and media opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored proposals to match client objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various specialisms to deliver best-in-class brand activations and experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed both individual and company sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in experiential and media sales.

Skills & Experience required:

  • A strong network of experiential agency and client contacts, ideally within the beauty and fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within experiential marketing, a media owner or related companies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You must be a self-starter, with ambition and drive to meet exceed targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales reporting systems.

Salary & Benefits

  • £70,000-80,000 depending on experience.

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Central London office
  • Flexible working policy: 4 days per week on site - please note, the nature of this role requires someone who can commute to the office regularly for meetings and viewings
