Are you a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager looking for your next challenge in the sports industry? Our client is seeking a talented individual to support their in-house Design Studio for a 2-3 month contract, with the potential for permanent placement. Role Overview:
As the Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Design Ops Manager and the Design Studio team in delivering high-quality creative assets for our client's sports-related initiatives. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflows, effective communication, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Design Ops Manager in managing the workload and resources of the Design Studio.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the studio team.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and maintaining studio logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a studio management or similar role, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Passion for sports and a creative mindset.
