Job description

Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager - Fashion Brand

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £45K-£55K depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver social media strategy across all brand channels, driving awareness, engagement, and sales.

  • Plan, create, and publish highly creative content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

  • Act as a creative lead for content ideation, brand campaigns, and launch activations.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, stylists, influencers, and creators to produce best-in-class content.

  • Build and nurture an engaged community, responding to customers and championing the brand's tone of voice.

  • Analyse performance, report on key metrics, and optimise strategy based on data-driven insights.

  • Contribute to wider marketing activities, including brand partnerships, collaborations, PR opportunities, and events.

  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visuals, and storytelling across all channels.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience derliving social strategy and managing socials for a fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture brand.

  • Highly creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.

  • Strong strategic skills and the ability to plan and execute integrated social media campaigns.

  • Broader marketing experience, with an understanding of how social connects with PR, events, and partnerships.

  • Confident working with creators and influencers to amplify reach.

  • Proficiency in social tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Canva) and basic video or content editing would be adventageous.

  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
