Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager

£60-65k plus bens

MUST HAVES - applicants who do not have the following will not be considered for this role;

  • Min 3 years in a business Development AND marketing role with a media/creative agency.

We are thrilled to be a recruitment partner to one of the world's leading full service creative and media agencies on this exciting new role. They have 45 offices and over $1 billion in billings globally and are one of the leaders in using AI-generated technology setting them apart from their competitors.

We're looking for a business driver, to work in the growth team where you'll be an active and important part of supporting their ongoing growth.


The role will see you be responsible for driving growth across all fronts - from active pitching, to inspiring organic growth and leading outbound prospecting efforts.

You will be identifying potential new clients and formulating prospecting plans to convert them, managing their CRM platform, Salesforce. Also, writing and distributing content across email campaigns, LinkedIn and events, developing thought leadership in collaboration with others, for new business purposes and marketing and helping to run RFIs, RFPs, and full pitch processes.

It is essential that candidates demonstrate experience of having developed and managed new business prospecting and an ability with curating of relevant information to gain understanding of particular market segments/clients/communication trends.

The most important skills required for this role are;

A storyteller, first and foremost.

Able to look at the big picture, while keeping an eye on the details.

Comfortable with C-level management and other senior level folks, internally and externally.

Able to balance multiple deliverables and timelines, across all areas of the business.

Able to problem solve in sometimes extreme and fast-paced situations.

Collaborative in nature, but with the conviction to make decisions.

Commercially driven, but with respect for craft and creative thinking.

An international mindset, understanding global business culture.
