Project Manager

Main Responsibilties

- Oversee and guide the project team, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments.
- Manage the commercial relationship with clients for your projects.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Handle contractual and financial aspects, including amendments and quarterly budget reviews.
- Supervise the completion of studies with assistance from the design office.
- Ensure the design office establishes technical specifications for equipment purchases and manage technical discussions with suppliers.
- Maintain proper administrative tracking of project files.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, studies, and works, and communicate updates to clients.

- Hold a degree in industrial or civil engineering
- Capable of managing ongoing projects with budgets ranging from 2 to 10 million euros.
- Possess five years of experience in project management within industrial installations, wastewater treatment plant construction, water treatment plants, or equivalent experience in a related field (chemistry, O&G, EPC construction).
- Proficient in English.
- Have a customer-focused approach and strong commercial acumen.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, organized, and able to rigorously plan your work.
- Experienced in managing and maintaining financial budgets.
- An effective "people manager," demonstrating leadership and the ability to positively engage multidisciplinary teams.
