As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of events from start to finish. The Producer will be delivering experiential campaigns across a broad range of sectors from FMCG to aviation for world-class brands. We're looking for a highly organised and confident Producer who can lead large scale activations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of live and experiential campaigns, from initial planning to final wrap
- Own project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with creative vision and client objectives
- Play a central role in pitches and proposals, helping shape our production response
- Lead client and supplier relationships with confidence, acting as the production lead across key accounts
- Work closely with creative, strategy, fabrication, and logistics teams to bring ideas to life
- Manage large budgets (six figures+), overseeing procurement, reconciliations, and cost reporting
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to production best practices across the agency
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in experiential/live event production, ideally agency-side
- A strong track record leading high-profile, multi-channel brand campaigns
- Commercially savvy; comfortable owning budgets, procurement, and financial reporting
- Cool under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- A collaborative leadership style and team-first mindset
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
