Job description

Major Players are working with an award-winning property consultancy that work with businesses within the creative, fashion and technology space to organise their office moves across London. You'll be sat within the HR and Operations team, and will be responsible for helping the Marketing, Sales and Agents teams run smoothly, by implementing processes and assisting with administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to join a creative and forward-thinking company!

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and implement processes to ensure day to day business runs smoothly
  • Oversee health and safety documents and undergo onboarding checks for prospect clients
  • Assist with monthly payroll and process invoices/expenses
  • Assist with the onboarding of new starters
  • Work with internal teams to help organise events, internally and externally
  • Adhoc support for internal teams (HR, Marketing, Agents, Sales)

Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with systems and Excel specifically
  • Switched on, proactive and positive attitude

Salary

  • £27-34k (depending on level)
  • 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
