Data Strategist - 1 Year FTC | £45,000-£55,000
London | Hybrid |

I am working with a leading creative agency, together we are looking for a Data Strategist to join an award-winning team. In this role, you'll sit between data, creativity, and commerce - analysing performance, shaping trading strategies, and uncovering actionable insights for some of the agencies biggest clients. You'll work closely with our strategy, platform and client teams, helping drive growth and commercial impact across integrated campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyse market and customer data to shape trading strategies
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior leaders
  • Develop and optimise sales plans and reporting frameworks
  • Manage key relationships and mentor a junior analyst

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5+ years in data strategy/performance marketing (retail/eComm a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex datasets
  • Great communication and storytelling skills with clients and teams
  • Proficiency in Excel (SQL, BI tools and social analytics a bonus)
  • A proactive, detail-driven mindset with a passion for turning data into impact
