Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand vision
  • Lead cross-functional creative teams including designers, copywriters, and digital specialists
  • Present compelling creative concepts and campaigns to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Oversee the creative process from initial brief through to final delivery and campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to ensure creative solutions meet business goals
  • Mentor junior creative talent and foster a culture of creative excellence within project teams

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of creative leadership experience in advertising, branding, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of award-winning campaigns across multiple channels and mediums
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative execution across diverse industries
  • Experience managing and inspiring creative teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to sell creative concepts to senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency in creative software including Adobe Creative Suite and emerging digital tools
