Business Development Manager (creative agency)

£50-60k + comms + bens

Check list;

  • You have a min of 3 years experience in a BD role within the creative agency space
  • You have some experience with events/experiential
  • You have a decent black book of contacts across vertical sectors

We've partnered with a hugely successful experiential agency who really pack a punch when it comes to highly immersive and groundbreaking events and brand activations. Incorporating hyper-reality immersive experiences through multi-sensory storytelling, these guys are super ambitious with their work.

Their impressive client base includes well known global brands including as BMW and Omega and many of whom they've worked with for years.

This Business Development role is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an exceptional BD candidate looking for a fresh challenge winning very cool campaigns in a creative company.

You'll be responsible for planning and executing the business development program to increase market share and will be a critical member of the team. You'll play a leading role on live pitches and attend industry networking events. We want to hear from you asap if you are experienced and passionate about the immersive/experiential space with a developed network of AAA international brand clients.

The role will also give you input on marketing strategy, working with the marketing and creative department to develop new marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to build and leading and a small team.

The right candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to potential clients. You will also have a history of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals and a black book of clients.

Offices in Bermondsey, x2 days a week in and x3 from home.
