Brand Director

We are currently working with an established GB-born beauty and personal care business that is searching for a Brand Director to enhance their already thriving global brand strategy. The business has multi-category beauty and personal care products is looking to widen their footprint in the UK, Europe and most importantly in the US.

We are looking for an experienced, creative marketeer that can drive brand awareness and engage customers; a strong leader who has experience in working with various established beauty brands. Ideally, you'd have worked with both the Davids and Goliaths of the industry and be as process-driven as comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a start-up.

Salary:

Up to £140K plus benefits

Work type:

Hybrid (3-days in the office in Central London)

Key responsibilities:

Implementing long term strategies for their brands. You will have a seat on the senior leadership team and report directly to the CEO therefore you must have prior experience of upward management at this level.

Developing world class marketing ideas, finding creative ideas to drive growth and just being naturally entrepreneurial.

Attend events, lead marketing activities, and support the development of new brands.

Take ownership of the company; be a motivator who can lead teams, help with career development, and find the needs for talent.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in working with prestigious beauty brands in various departments is necessary.

Extensive management experience; leading and mentoring teams within the beauty industry. The role requires you to manage a team of 4-5 people.

Have strong commercial acumen.

Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
