FREELANCE ASSISTANT PRODUCER

What you'll do:

Key responsibilities

• Assist Producers and wider team in the production of high quality 360 advertising campaigns (TV, OOH, social, digital, press).
• Work closely with producers, creatives and designers to ensure they have the content and key they need for edits, design projects etc.
• Maintaining team documents, resources and project and budget trackers.
• Plan and arrange resources e.g. booking edits, audio, grade, both in house and externally, plus voice over artists.

• Manage the delivery of promos, Adsmart, linear TVCs, BVODs, VODs, Cinema and Radio master files, working with Clearcast, Compliance, Mastering, Peach, BBFC, RCC and other companies for seamless upload

• Build excellent relationships with the Executive Producer, Producers, Creative Directors and Creatives and work collaboratively with other Assistant Producers.
• Research reviews and accolades and ensure clearances, requesting substantiations where required.
• Raising POs
• Sometimes assisting agency side in run up to shoots e.g. child licensing, artist liaison, booking cars, flights, hotels etc.
• Maintaining paperwork associated with delivery of campaigns including compliance; music reporting, delivery paperwork, artists' contracts etc.
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of a project

• Demonstrates a diplomatic approach

Must be able to attend 3 days in West London office.

£260 per day (inside IR35)
