We’re partnering with a top-tier social-first agency looking for a Senior Account Director to step in and lead across multiple high-profile accounts.<br>
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role.<br>
You’ll be the lynchpin between clients, internal teams and global markets, making sure everything runs smoothly while pushing work that actually lands in culture.</span></span>
<h3><span style="font-size: 14.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">What You’ll Be Doing 🔥</span></span></h3>
<span style="font-size: 14.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">• Leading multiple high-value, fast-paced social accounts<br>
• Acting as the senior client partner, building strong, trusted relationships<br>
• Bringing strategic clarity and creative direction to campaigns<br>
• Overseeing delivery across teams, ensuring work is high-quality and on time<br>
• Driving revenue growth and spotting new opportunities within accounts<br>
• Managing scopes, forecasting and ensuring projects are commercially sound<br>
• Supporting and developing Account Directors and wider team</span></span>
<h3><span style="font-size: 14.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">What We’re Looking For 👀</span></span></h3>
<span style="font-size: 14.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">• Proven experience as a Senior Account Director within a social-first or creative agency<br>
• Strong track record managing global brands and complex accounts<br>
• Confident leading clients, strategy and delivery<br>
• Commercially sharp, comfortable owning budgets, forecasting and growth<br>
• Experienced managing and mentoring teams<br>
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment</span></span>
