<p>A fast-growing, design-led wellness brand operating across multiple high-growth consumer categories.<br>

This is a high-output, performance-driven role focused on creating digital content at pace. You’ll work closely with growth and creative teams to produce assets that drive engagement and conversion across paid social, landing pages and digital channels.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
- Design high-volume static and video ads for Meta and TikTok <br>
- Edit short-form video content in a platform-native style <br>
- Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance data <br>
- Design landing pages and digital assets to drive conversion <br>
- Create assets across social, web and email <br>
- Maintain brand consistency while working at speed <br>
- Organise and manage creative files and asset libraries
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
- 1+ years’ experience in digital design (agency or in house environment, DTC/ E-commerce experience must) <br>
- Strong Figma skills (essential) <br>
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite <br>
- Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere or similar) <br>
- Understanding of Meta and TikTok creative formats <br>
- Ability to work at pace and manage high output <br>
- Interest in AI tools and integrating them into creative workflows

- Up to £35k depending on experience<br>
