<p>An exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced entertainment business. This role will focus on driving ticket sales across multiple live events and launches, combining CRM, paid media, and performance marketing to deliver against ambitious commercial targets. It’s a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives in high-energy environments.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive ticket sales across live experiences through CRM, paid media, and performance marketing activity
<li>Manage and execute email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar), alongside SMS and messaging channels
<li>Support and optimise paid media activity, with a focus on Meta, while coordinating with external agencies across additional channels
<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on campaign delivery, creative, and performance
<li>Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimisations to maximise conversions and revenue
<li>Support the launch of new entertainment concepts and experiences from a digital marketing perspective

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within a consumer-facing or events-led business
<li>Strong CRM experience, including email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
<li>Experience working across paid media channels, particularly Meta, with an understanding of wider channel mix
<li>Track record of delivering performance-driven campaigns with clear commercial outcomes
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple stakeholders
</ul>
