Job description

<p>Major Players are partnering with a premium digital branding agency to hire a Project Manager to join its growing team. The agency specialises in crafting high-impact branding and website design for ambitious organisations globally, with a strong focus on creativity, strategy, and design excellence. </p> <p>This is a client-facing, strategic role that combines consultative sales, brand strategy, and project leadership. You will take ownership of client relationships from initial enquiry through to project delivery, playing a key role in shaping digital experiences and winning new business from inbound leads. </p> <p>Key responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as the primary point of contact for clients from first enquiry to launch  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Lead conversations with inbound prospects, develop proposals, and pitch to win new business  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Consult with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and positioning  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Shape brand and website strategy through research, discovery, and insight  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Develop strategic documents such as proposals, sitemaps, and roadmaps  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with design and development teams to guide creative direction  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Present concepts and articulate the strategic rationale behind ideas  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Manage project delivery, including timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain strong client relationships and drive engagement throughout projects  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Leverage new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance delivery and efficiency </p> </ul> <p>Skills required:  </p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience delivering digital or website projects end-to-end  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Strong communication and presentation skills  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working directly with senior stakeholders  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and creative direction  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Experience pitching ideas or proposals to clients </p> </ul> <p>Hours: Full time </p> <p>Salary: £55-70,000, dependent on level of experience and seniority + Benefits </p> <p>Office Location: Central London  </p> <p>Office requirements: 2-3 days per week in the office   </p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
