An exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Site Merchandiser to join a fast-paced, digitally-led retail business. This role sits at the heart of the online trading function, ensuring products are accurately launched, optimised, and maintained across the site. It’s a highly operational role, ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys working with product data, pricing, and promotions.<br> <br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end process of launching new products online, including product data, imagery, descriptions, and tagging <li>Maintain accurate and consistent on-site product information to support a seamless customer experience <li>Implement pricing updates and promotional activity in line with trading and marketing plans <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment on product and inventory <li>Work closely with technical and operational teams to resolve product display or delivery issues and support new launches </ul> <br> <strong>Skills & Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Previous experience in e-commerce merchandising or online trading environments <li>Strong attention to detail with experience managing product data and on-site accuracy <li>Comfortable working in a highly operational, process-driven role <li>Experience implementing pricing and promotional updates <li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally </ul> <br> <strong>Project Scope & Duration</strong><br> 6-month contract supporting ongoing product launches and trading activity<br> <br> <strong>Day Rate</strong><br> £250 - £350pd<br> <br> <strong>Location & Workplace Policy</strong><br> Hybrid working, 2-3 days pw office based in London<br> <br> <strong>IR35 Status</strong><br> Inside IR35<br> <br> Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your credentials and availability as soon as possible.<br> <br> Major Players are the UK’s leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
