London Hybrid | Full time with 2–3 days in office<br>

<p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">We are supporting a <strong>global drinks brand activating around a major international sports event</strong>, and they are looking for a <strong>Social Media Manager</strong> to join the team on a freelance basis.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">This role will suit someone confident <strong>running busy social channels day to day</strong>, managing both content and community in a fast-moving campaign environment. You’ll be working on a high-profile account with strong engagement, helping ensure social activity remains timely, culturally relevant and aligned with brand and regulatory guidelines.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Experience working with <strong>alcohol brands and sports-led campaigns</strong> will be highly valuable. Knowledge or interest in <strong>tennis</strong> would be a great bonus.</span></span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Key responsibilities</span></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">• Own the day-to-day management of the brand’s <strong>Instagram account</strong>, posting multiple times per day and maintaining strong engagement<br>
• Lead <strong>content planning, scheduling and optimisation</strong> across the campaign period<br>
• Manage <strong>community engagement</strong>, moderation and tone of voice across comments and DMs<br>
• Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure <strong>social-first content is delivered and published effectively</strong><br>
• React to <strong>live cultural and sporting moments</strong> where relevant to the campaign<br>
• Ensure all social activity aligns with <strong>brand, platform and regulatory guidelines</strong></span></span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">What we’re looking for</span></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12.0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">• Proven experience working as a <strong>Social Media Executive or Social Media Manager</strong><br>
• Direct experience working on <strong>alcohol brands and or sports-related projects</strong><br>
• We’re ideally looking for someone who has previously managed social channels for <strong>recognised consumer brands</strong>, particularly within alcohol or sports-led campaigns<br>
• Strong understanding of <strong>Meta platforms and social best practice</strong><br>
• Confident managing both <strong>content publishing and community engagement at scale</strong><br>
• Comfortable working in <strong>fast-paced, high-profile campaign environments</strong><br>
• Interest or knowledge of <strong>tennis</strong> would be a bonus</span></span></p>
