Job description

We’re currently partnered with one of the most exciting direct-to-consumer performance cycling brands in the industry. Known for an engineering-first approach and a "rider-obsessed" culture, they have rapidly scaled to become a global force in high-performance wheel technology.

They are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is as passionate about the technical side of cycling as they are about world-class storytelling.

The Role

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Director with a broad, hands-on remit. You aren't just managing a brand; you are shaping how riders globally, from road and gravel to triathlon, interact with cutting-edge products.

Key areas of ownership:

Global Campaign Delivery: Lead best-in-class product launches, managing everything from go-to-market calendars to press package distribution.

Media & PR Powerhouse: Act as the primary link to journalists and endemic media, securing reviews and technical features that highlight the brand’s engineering edge.

Content & Creative: Drive awareness through high-impact video content and leverage professional athlete/team relationships to grow owned audiences.

Performance Marketing: Manage paid media budgets and collaborate with design teams to optimise creative assets across digital and print.

Event Strategy: Lead the brand’s physical presence at international tradeshows, races, and community pop-ups.

The Ideal Candidate

My client is looking for a "self-starting expert" who lives and breathes cycling culture. You should be equally comfortable presenting on camera as you are analysing campaign data in Excel.

Experience: 3+ years in a broad brand marketing role (PR, Social, Email, Events, and Content).

Technical Knowledge: A genuine understanding of road, gravel, CX, and triathlon disciplines is a must.

Communication: Elite copywriting and verbal skills—you can translate complex engineering into "rider-speak.

Execution: Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM, eCommerce platforms, and data-driven reporting.
