The Company
A dairy co-operative which sells dairy products on behalf of its members, Ireland's dairy processors and, in turn, Irish dairy farmers. It is Ireland's largest exporter of Irish dairy products, exporting to 110 countries worldwide!

The Role

This role is key in how products show up across digital and social platforms. Making them fit-for-purpose and locally relevant, to content/channel strategy, to activating a tone of voice through copywriting. You will connect wider food trends, popular culture, audience behaviours with key products, linking your work across evergreen, campaign and ad hoc workstreams in an agile and flexible way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing social media platforms and community
  • Keeping up with popular culture and brand purpose to sell and realise opportunities to lead or participate in reactive conversations.
  • Proactively managing a positive social media community and flagging opportunities for engagement
  • Owning social content development from planning to scheduling- including talent negotiations, budget management, and social content ideation.
  • Owning the content calendar that supports and extends marketing initiatives
  • Working with data and analytics teams and make recommendations based on those results.

Required skills/interests

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation
  • A Solid understanding of social platforms, tools, and analytics, with the ability to leverage data for content optimisation
  • Food & drink or FMCG experience

Based in Kerrygoldstraße 1, 47506 Neukirchen-Vluyn, Germany (2-3 days a week in the office), around €55K depending on experience
