Senior/Marketing Manager ((hypergrowth fintech)

£50-70k + bens

  • Hyper-scale up experience - able to clearly demonstrate your impact
  • Min 4 years Marketing experience in a Consumer environment
  • Marketing experience from a recognised consumer brand (along with the scale up experience)
  • Interest in consumer finance

Incredibly exciting payment tech company on a mission to innovate and change payment cards and already on the world map for doing just that. Infact, they have earned double-unicorn status in under 5 years!

We're helping them find a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join their dedicated, creative and dynamic team. This position is going to suit someone who is excited about the fintech world, ready to work in a fast-paced environment, and eager to be a crucial part of a hands on team.

You'll spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of all brand campaigns throughout the year. This involves the day-to-day protection of the brand internally. You'll lead the charge in creating and executing beta groups of customers for rapid testing.

We need you to be the go-to expert for creating captivating campaign and sales collateral. You will work closely with the inhouse designers on briefs to ensure they are equipped with all the right information so they can create brilliant work.

You'll be the mastermind behind product marketing strategies - from launching exciting features and working hand in-hand with the product managers to create brilliant marketing strategies that make these products shine.

You'll collaborate with our merchant team to brainstorm innovative ideas for retailer campaigns and instore activations with the likes of eBay, Morrisons, Tesco etc. - you'll be the driving force behind these initiatives.

You will be a crucial part of launching new marketing or sales initiatives - you'll dig into customer research, uncover insights and use the findings to shape strategies - getting to know who our customers segments are will be pivotal in the success of your role.

Experience conceiving and managing creative campaigns

A marketing mindset that is as strategic as it is creative

A high level of interpersonal, written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple competing priorities

Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

A collaborative work style with demonstrated successful interactions with both internal and external parties

Hybrid policy is x3 office days and x2 WFH. Offices are Victoria.
