Senior/Business Development Manager (creative agency)
£40-50k + bens
Top line - we need to see Business Development experience from within a creative and production agency.
Absolutely brilliant creative agency based in Covent Garden. Their client roster covers UK and beyond and includes the likes of Depop, Netflix, Pinterest, Converse, Uniqlo and more.
In recent months, the agency merged with a collective group who now all sit in the same studio sharing ideas, clients and resources - exciting times ahead for 2024!
You'll be leading on generating new business, seeking out new clients and building strong client relationships. You will champion growth for the agency, driving them forward and broadening their footprint in the creative landscape. You will support on the strategic development and planning for new and existing business opportunities, by collaborating with business leads, creatives, marketing, operations and production.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a strong understanding of business development and production best practices, with a desire to take on new challenges and do things differently. You'll be focused on unlocking new opportunities and building close relationships with both new and existing clients, and internal teams.
This exciting position will see you represent the business externally, coordinate and take the lead on setting up new business meetings and conversations, presenting the stunning creds confidently. You'll be encouraged to attend industry events, network and start new relationships with future brands and clients.
We're also looking for someone who can be involved in the overall growth strategy and collaborate with senor team members with ideas on how to shape and improve business development. If you are someone who loves spotting emerging strategies, trends, and pitfalls and develop plans accordingly, you have the right characteristics.
To be considered for this exciting and unique role, you'll need to have some experience working in the creative industry and be familiar with business generation, together with strong presentation skills.
The agency operated flexible hours between 8-7 and have a x2 day a week office policy.
