Head of Social - Integrated Creative Agency
Creative Agency - West London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Salary: £75K

We're looking for a strategic and creative Head of Social to join a bold, ideas led integrated creative agency based in West London. This is a senior leadership role for someone who lives and breathes social - ready to take ownership of social strategy, team growth, and best-in-class execution across a portfolio of high-profile clients.

You'll be shaping culture-led, platform-native work for some of the world's biggest household names, primarily in the FMCG space. From brand storytelling and campaign launches to always on content and community, your focus will be driving impact through social in all its forms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the agency's social offering, ensuring excellence across strategy, creative and delivery.
  • Lead the development of social-first brand and campaign strategies across FMCG and consumer clients.
  • Manage and mentor a growing social team, setting the bar for creativity, performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy and client services teams to deliver standout content and activations.
  • Act as a senior partner to clients, building strong relationships and guiding them through a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform changes to ensure campaigns are always fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Lead on performance reporting, insight generation, and optimisation.
  • Contribute to agency growth through thought leadership, innovation and new business.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in social media and content strategy, ideally within a creative or integrated agency.
  • Proven experience working with large consumer brands, especially in the FMCG category.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of growing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and how to develop effective, native content for each.
  • Confident strategic thinker with a creative edge and a passion for cultural relevance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to lead conversations with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
