Job Summary
Are you a commercially astute marketing leader ready to make significant impact during a pivotal phase of growth? Our client, a global leader in recruitment solutions for high-growth tech businesses are seeking a Head of Marketing for a fixed-term contract to lead their global marketing strategy.
This is a maternity cover contract from August 2025 - March 2026
This is a hands-on Head of Marketing role leading a team of 4 exceptional marketers, where you will own and deliver the global marketing plans for their group of companies. You'll be instrumental in driving qualified leads and brand engagement through multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on acquisition and revenue contribution.
We're looking for someone from a high-growth B2B environment (ideally recruitment, talent or potentially tech/saas) with expertise in demand generation, performance marketing and experienced in leading high-performing teams.
Location & Workplace Policy
- Central London
- Hybrid, 2 days office
Salary & Benefits
- £80,000 - £90,000 per annum
