Job description

My client is an independent agency based in Central London, working with some of the world's most prestigious brands. We're seeking a Junior Project Manager to join and support the Project Management team. This role offers excellent training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed.

Day to day duties:

  • Deliver high-impact projects on time and to the highest standard, with the support of the project management team
  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics, manage timelines, and maintain accurate project documentation to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Keep key documents up to date, including project plans and meeting notes
  • Oversee quality control and manage the production of project files
  • Attend regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders and team members

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in an agency or similar fast-paced office environment
  • 1/2+ year of experience in a project coordination or junior PM role
  • Linguist/language background is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills
  • A background in admin or project coordination
  • Confidence liaising with teams, clients, and suppliers
  • A team mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
