Job Summary:

A global integrated agency are looking for a Senior Resource Manager to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in their role and work alongside a collaborative team! The ideal Resource Manager will have a thorough understanding of production and have the ability to interrogate briefs, connecting creative/design with production and videography in a flawless fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Production and the Creative Director to resource across all projects
  • Manage a team of designers, art directors, copy writers and other creative professionals
  • End to end resource and traffic management across a 20-person creative studio (Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Artworkers)
  • Assist the Client/Project Management team with costing and tracking
  • Maintain a black book full time/freelance talent for creative and design studio
  • Managing and forecasting freelance support

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years Resource/Traffic Management experience
  • Experience in an integrated creative agency resourcing across a mix of channels
  • Proactive individual used to working in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

  • £55-65K
  • Hybrid working
