Senior Paid Media Manager

Job Summary

My client is an award-winning social-first creative agency that are a multi award-winning agency, with Cannes Lions, One Show and more under their belts. They pride themselves on delivering some of their biggest and record-breaking campaigns to date and work with the likes of Adidas & Amazon to McCain and Ebay!

They're looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager with expert knowledge around Paid Social to join and work closely with their Paid Media Director one of their biggest clients - which is a global leading music streaming brand.

You will work across client management, strategy, escalation, and share your in-depth knowledge on paid social with the team. one of their biggest clients. Any experience with Google Ads using YouTube is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies & media plans, managing paid social campaigns, and buying/optimising social ads across multiple DSPs (Demand Side Platforms).
  • Conducting and presenting reach-based plans (audience building/sizing, planning appropriate budgets for sufficient reach) to clients which have then been applied.
  • Running brand awareness & engagement campaigns in Europe that will result in increased engagement and brand awareness with key target audiences
  • Conduct and present reach-based plans (audience building/sizing, planning appropriate budgets for sufficient reach) to clients which that aim to result in drafted plans hitting 30%+ of mass targeted audiences with multiple frequency

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working on enterprise clients and developing full-funnel paid media strategies & media plans
  • Managing paid social campaigns and buying/optimising social ads across multiple DSPs (Demand Side Platforms).
  • Experience working on an account(s) in a management role which served in excess of £2m+ in paid social (excluding search, programmatic)
  • Worked with media & reporting tools outside of native platforms (DSPs). Preferred tools are Sprinklr (buying/reporting), Supermetrics, Google Data Studios.
  • Line managed a team of 2+ that has delivered media plans, executed campaigns on multiple DSPs, conducted insight-based reporting, and carried through day-to-day comms with clients
  • Experience with entertainment brands, Gen Z audience growth and mid-funnel exp is a bonus

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £55,000
