Job description

ROLE: Senior Packaging designer

Fantastic opportunity to work for a food and beverage brand based in London!

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative packaging design concepts that align with the brand's identity and tar-get audience.
- Lead the end-to-end packaging design process, including ideation, sketching, prototyping, and final artwork production.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis to ensure our packaging designs remain innovative and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Maintain brand consistency across all packaging designs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a packaging designer, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of packaging design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of printing processes and materials used in packaging production.
- Ability to think creatively and translate brand values into visually compelling designs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
