Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Events Producer to join a leading restaurant group! This person would be responsible for the production of a full range of events, managing two others and helping establish this function within the marketing team! This would suit a Producer from an Events/Experiential agency that has worked on a range of events (from festivals, to road shows, parties and large events), and has had exposure to the food and drink sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of events end to end across the seasonal calendar, ensuring they're delivered to timelines and budgets
  • Working closely with the marketing team to create an annual program of events
  • Briefing local marketing managers on in-restaurant events
  • Ensuring projects are efficiently resourced, working to on board freelancers were needed
  • Manage the production schedule, health and safety and logistics
  • Briefing the creative studio on any event collateral needed

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years Production experience within an agency setting
  • Must have experience delivering large scale events of 3000+ people
  • Must have knowledge and experience of the food and beverage sector
  • Must have experience managing budgets of £300k+

Salary

  • £60-70k
