FREELANCE RESOURCE COORDINATOR

We're looking for a Resource Coordinator to join a global media & entertainment in-house studio and support in overseeing the resourcing for the Brand team. You'll forward plan, schedule and monitor the resource allocations & respective budgets whilst supporting the Creative Resource Manager in the day-to-day duties and admin of resourcing of Studio areas.

What you'll do:

  • Day to day updating of resource rotas, managing work allocation to ensure delivery across all Brand teams
  • Onboarding freelancers and being across the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes raising New Starter Forms, liaising with freelancers regarding their rates and any other concerns in the on-boarding process.
  • Assist in ensuring projects are tracked to allocated budget, currency and timelines through excellent use of our resource management tool and timesheets.
  • Liaising with ADs, EPs and Producers to efficiently plan and resource projects efficiently.
  • Engage and contract freelance staff as per HR policies, proactively building on the existing network of freelance contacts ('blackbook').
  • Maintain team documents including resource schedule, project, budget and freelance trackers.
  • Support CDs across team admin, inc. holiday approval, maternity and paternity, tech support.

What you'll bring:

  • One year's worth of experience at an agency / in house/ broadcast company.
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with resourcing software tools ideal but not necessary
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn with a passion for the work.
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to multiple requests and frequent changes in resourcing schedules.

Where you'll work:

West London. You'll be required to be in the office 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and Wednesday & Friday WFH.

£260 per day (inside IR35)
