Project Manager - Retail Design

Major Players are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a visual merchandising or retail design background to join the team of a thriving Design Agency in South London. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with their Sales, Design, and Production teams on diverse creative projects, including window displays, pop-ups, press events, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Complete project documentation and admin tasks.
• Coordinate client feedback and schedules.
• Manage project finances and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate meetings and oversee installations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Report project financials to the Head of Department.

Person Specification

• At least 2 years' experience in design and production or visual merchandising.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Understanding of technical/CAD drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
