Job description

Major Players are working with a global creative agency and together we are looking for a mid-weight project manager to join their growing team to work on end to end integrated campaigns from briefing through to delivery of final assets.

You will:

  • Define & manage project scope, delivering on brief, on budget and on time
  • Integrated channel experience with the ability to navigate your way around a media plan.
  • Work with creative teams and copy writers; delivering digital assets across display, paid social, TV, radio
  • Generate project estimates & timing plans
  • Control & monitor creative schedules & workflow to ensure teams work to agreed budgets & timings
  • Work with the Resource Manager to maximise internal resource & match briefs to appropriate skill sets
  • Manage relationships, specifications, costs, timings & delivery with all 3rd party production partners
  • Secure all necessary approvals & sign off prior to release of final assets
  • Ensure compliance with agreed internal process
  • Work with Account Handlers to plan for upcoming projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3years + experience with strong knowledge of post production, adaptions and localisation
  • Integrated campaign experience, client-facing role, in an agency environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively, to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent communication skills - you will need to be able to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly
  • A disciplined, driven, results-based approach to delivery and quality of output
  • A highly organised individual you will be adept at managing multiple projects, teams and budgets simultaneously
