  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, acting as the production lead across key accounts.
  • Collaborate with all internal teams including warehouse production, fabrication, client services and logistics to set clear expectations and maintain high standards.
  • Manage complex budgets (six figures and above), including supplier negotiations, cost tracking, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure all work meets relevant compliance, H&S, sustainability, and insurance requirements.

Experience required:

  • Proven industry experience working in an experiential / live events agency as a Producer, with extensive knowledge of event planning, on-site and brand activations and project leadership.
  • A strong track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns for major (global) brands.
  • Excellent commercial awareness - you must be confident in budget control, procurement, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and manage multiple significant projects with composure and adhere to tight timescales.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you will need to maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Solid presentation skills (both writing and delivery).
