PR Account Director - PR Agency
The Company
A Creative Comms Agency that prides themselves on delivering innovative and impactful PR Campaigns. They are an award winning agency that work with a diverse range of high profile clients, blending tradition PR with digital and experiential elements to achieve great results.
The Role
The Account Director will be implementing PR & Creative strategies through a wide variety of channels including digital, building and managing relationships with clients and key contacts and creatively building on campaign plans at a tactical level.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning
- Producing press materials
- Sell in stories to target media
- New Business Pitches
- Keeping clients up-to-date with key industry developments
- Manage a team of up to 12
Required Experience:
- MUST HAVE PR Agency experience, currently at an Account Director level
- Track record of successfully managing PR process from start to finish response to client briefs.
- Team management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead, and make difficult decisions when required.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: up to £50K -£55K depending on experience
1 day work from home a week
1 day off for your birthday
Finish early on Fridays
Culture days - once a quarter
Monthly calendar of training events
25 holiday days
