Performance Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We're currently working with a luxury jewellery brand in London who due to continued growth are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their digital team! This role is crucial in supporting their digital marketing activities, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and conversion.
Working closely with their Head of Performance you'll assist in managing and optimising performance marketing channels and campaigns across paid social, paid search and affiliates. You'll support with running reports, analysing campaign performance and ensuring KPI's and CPA targets are being met. You'll also work with internal colleagues and external agencies to drive success of affiliate partnerships and campaigns.
This role will be perfect for a Digital Marketing Assistant or Executive looking to join a performance team and develop further in their career.
Location & Workplace Policy
- West London
- Hybrid working, 3 days office (Tues, Weds, Thurs)
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 per annum (may be a little flex for the right candidate) plus annual company bonus scheme
- 23 days holiday (rises with service), pension, healthcare plan, generous staff and F&F discounts
