Job description

Major Players are working with creative consultancy and together we are looking to recruit an Operations Executive who will be dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences across the entire customer journey.

As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in integrating and enhancing data-holding systems to drive efficiency's across project management, sales, marketing, and customer support functions. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and leveraging technology to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM related issues, offering timely troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users on HubSpot.
  • Assist in setting up workflows and automation processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Support integration of HubSpot with other systems and tools to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their data and billing information.
  • Produce department reports and liaise with developers on system bugs or upgrades.
  • Provide input for system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in customer onboarding and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM management or project management roles (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Strong project management experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Attention to detail
  • Service-minded approach when interacting with customers.

Salary and details:
£26,000 - 28,000
2 / 3 days a week in the office
