Midweight creative team

Midweight Creative Team - advertising agency - Hybrid / London

I am looking for a dynamic mid-weight creative team for a full time, permanent role with a Central London based independent advertising agency,

What I need from you:

• A beautifully presented team portfolio/website with several projects of your team creative work
• At least 2 years of well-renowned adverting agency experience working on big brands
• The ability to craft ideas for a range of output - TVC, OOH, press, social, experiential, brand activation etc
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• An approachable and friendly nature and strong ability to build rapport with your colleagues
• The ability to confidently and articulately pitch and present your ideas to internal stakeholders
• The desire to keep up with trends, best practices etc and inspiring teams to do so
• Forward-thinking, confidence challenging briefs

Salary: £45-55k DOE

Location: onsite 3 days Central London / 2 days remote.
