Marketing Planning Lead
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000
Location: London - Hybrid
FTC until end of 2025

Amazing opportunity for an experienced Marketing Planning Lead to join a global retail and entertainment business.

This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally with key partners to develop a long-term strategic vision for the organisation's marketing communication plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing planning across initiatives that drive audience, brand and commercial objectives
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in marketing communications
  • Support product teams in creating marketing communication plans and briefs
  • Brief and align channel teams to support key initiatives
  • Identify and implement innovations to streamline marketing planning

Experience & Skills

  • Extensive expertise in marketing strategy and planning, ideally in FMCG or retail
  • Highly analytical
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, matrix-driven organisations

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Central London
  • Hybrid - three days in the office
