As Marketing Manager you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their brand. You'll lead strategic marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and drive the categories, sales and profit and become the UK expert for existing and new products in the market. You'll own the budget and P&L for all products within your category, monitoring margins, forecasts and driving profitability against targets, and lead all market and category analysis to identify potential for opportunities, growth and marketing investment. The role reports into the Marketing Director and leads a team of 3 direct reports.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a DTC/eComm/consumer product business, and have strategic experience in leading product categories and driving innovation in a competitive market. You'll be commercial, data-driven, and confident in managing P&L's, budgets, high performing direct reports and external agencies.
