A property investment company working with large-scale commercial real estate projects throughout the UK including in co-living, office and student accommodation - with new sectors launching soon. Provide clients with a best-in-class service that others are unable to offer in the market.

Clients include Hermes, Galliard, Regal, Hub Group

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing who is ex-META, they are looking for ideas outside of traditional property marketing. You must be passionate about social media and embrace experimental marketing to help disrupt the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Creating social media content
• Support with promoting podcasts and their new marketing studio
• Managing monthly email newsletter
• Creating marketing material, presentations and brochures using Canva
• Reporting and analysing metrics

Required skills/interests

• MUST HAVE Marketing and social media experience
• High level of strategic thinking, creativity
• Mailchimp, Canva & AdobeSuite
• Stakeholder Management

London, £40K - £45K+ depending on experience
